ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Deus Enterprises Co. as a Human Resources Officer and play a key role in leading recruitment, employee relations, policy development, training, compensation and HR reporting. Reporting directly to the Management team, you'll build and implement HR strategies that support our expanding organization and foster a positive work environment.

This is a full‑time, onsite position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:36 p.m.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies, post jobs, manage applications, conduct interviews and assessments, and coordinate selection and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main HR point of contact; address employee concerns and grievances; mediate conflicts; cultivate a productive culture.
  • HR Policy & Compliance: Develop and update policies; ensure compliance with labor laws; maintain employee handbooks; advise management and staff on policy interpretation.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs; design and deliver training programs; manage performance management processes; support career and succession planning.
  • Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits programs; manage payroll and ensure accuracy; conduct salary benchmarking and pay surveys; support reward and recognition initiatives.
  • HR Administration & Reporting: Maintain employee records and contracts; manage leave and performance documentation; produce and analyze HR metrics on turnover, absenteeism and other key indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or a related field
  • 4–5 years' professional experience in human resources
  • Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to work in a start‑up or fast‑growing environment and handle pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, mediation and communication skills; proficiency with HR and payroll systems, including platforms like KAMI Workforce
  • Proficiency in tech tools, specifically in scheduling, spreadsheets and word processing. Experience working with Google Workspace is a plus.
