Work from Home, Philippines Poss Capital Pte Ltd. Full time ₱200,000 - ₱400,000 per year

a. Liaise with the Sales Team to perform checks, validate and review loan applications and supporting documentation as part of the credit application process.

b. Assist and support the credit operations and perform general administrative duties pertaining to private credit funding.

c. Perform timely and accurate credit underwriting assessment and provide recommendations within delegated approval authority.

d. Facilitate loan agreement, disbursement, redemption, repayment and restructuring processes across various loan products.

e. Participate in loan management systems and continuous process improvement initiatives and propose methods to enhance overall efficiency.

f. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

g. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

a. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

b. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in credit operations, loan processing, or financial services; experience in private credit or lending firms is an advantage.

c. Solid understanding of credit underwriting, loan lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.

d. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

e. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with loan management systems or financial software is an advantage.

f. Ability to review and validate financial documents and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.

g. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

h. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with Sales and cross-functional teams.

i. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
