The Opportunity

This is not a routine administrative role. As
Hospital Operations Head
at The Medical City Pangasinan, you will lead the charge in optimizing hospital operations, elevating patient satisfaction, and driving organizational growth.

You will oversee daily operations, implement systems for efficiency and compliance, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. From policy development to team leadership and performance management, you'll be at the center of operational excellence.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Lead daily operations:
    Ensure smooth service delivery across medical, administrative, and support departments.

Who You Are

  • A graduate of
    Healthcare Administration, Management

    Master's degree is a plus
