About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Collection Associate to join our team at the Wheeltek San Fabian, Pangasinan. As a full-time Collection Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and positive relationships with our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and update customer account information in our systems
  • Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and payment information
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with the preparation of collection reports and analysis
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of our collection processes and policies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or collection-related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and databases for customer account management
  • A detail-oriented approach and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
