Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Description:
Laguna Prime Star is looking for an organized and proactive HR Generalist to handle day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance monitoring, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will support company policies and help foster a positive and efficient workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle timekeeping, attendance, and employee records
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support employee engagement and performance evaluation activities
- Coordinate with management and other departments for HR-related concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience preferred (generalist or equivalent role)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office or HR systems
Work Location:
- LPS Warehouse, Quintin Compound, Nancayasan, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan
