Division Head

The Division Head oversees the overall distribution and logistics operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost‑effective movement of FMCG products. The role focuses on coordinating inventory management, warehousing, trucking, and delivery processes to meet customer and trade partner requirements. The Division Head ensures compliance with company policies and quality standards while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Key Functions Supervise daily distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate with trade partners and internal departments for smooth order fulfillment. Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage trucking and delivery schedules to ensure on‑time distribution. Lead, train, and evaluate operations personnel to achieve performance goals. Qualifications Male/Female Preferably with at least 5 years Managerial experience in sales Possesses delegation, mentoring, negotiation and team-building skills Excellent oral and written communication skills With valid driver’s license (RC #1,2) With relevant experience in the FMCG distribution industry Problem Solving Skills with good Market Insights Willing to adapt to existing excel reports to read sales data Leadership and Coaching of Basic Call Procedures (BCP) Employment type: Full‑time.
