The Opportunity This is not a routine administrative role. As Hospital Operations Head at The Medical City Pangasinan, you will lead the charge in optimizing hospital operations, elevating patient satisfaction, and driving organizational growth. You will oversee daily operations, implement systems for efficiency and compliance, and collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. From policy development to team leadership and performance management, you’ll be at the center of operational excellence. What You’ll Actually Do Lead daily operations: Ensure smooth service delivery across medical, administrative, and support departments. Drive efficiency: Develop and implement policies, systems, and processes that improve operational performance and compliance. Mentor teams: Lead cross-functional teams, set performance goals, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Enhance patient experience: Champion continuous improvement in care standards and service quality. Collaborate strategically: Work closely with department heads to align operations with clinical priorities and business goals. Who You Are A graduate of Healthcare Administration, Management , or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus . Has proven leadership experience in hospital or healthcare operations. Strong in analytics, organization, and decision-making . Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Committed to service excellence and patient-centered care .
