We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, with a focus on configuration, implementation, and ongoing support to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

What You'll Do
Manage the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.

Implement best practices for IT service management processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.

Develop documentation for system configurations and processes.

Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.

Stay updated on new features and enhancements within ServiceNow.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.

Strong understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or GlideScript.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
