Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring the ServiceNow platform, developing custom applications, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, the Senior ServiceNow Developer will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and new features.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ServiceNow platform development, including designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
  • Ability to gather requirements, perform analysis, and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems
  • Technical leadership and mentoring skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies is beneficial
