Lead Caller – Debt Relief Services

We are a fast-growing North American financial services company looking for a motivated Lead Caller to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking help with their debt, and your role is to engage, qualify, and transfer them to our advisors.

If you enjoy talking to people, have strong communication skills, and want long-term stability with a company that invests in its team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Call warm leads provided daily (no cold calling)
  • Build rapport and understand client needs
  • Ask qualifying questions and follow scripts
  • Transfer interested clients to our sales advisors
  • Update CRM notes accurately
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead calling, appointment setting, customer service, or financial/debt-related roles is an asset
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus (not required)
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Reliable, organized, and coachable
  • Quiet work environment and stable internet connection

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Philippine daytime or evening shifts aligned with North American hours
  • Monday to Saturday rotation (5 days per week)

Compensation:

  • PHP 40,000 to 50,000 per month depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses
