We are currently seeking Cold Callers to join our team This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, resilience, and a drive to succeed in sales and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects daily to introduce products/services.
  • Follow provided scripts and adapt conversations as needed.
  • Qualify leads and gather key information for follow-ups.
  • Set appointments or transfer interested prospects to sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and resilience when handling rejections.
  • Ability to follow scripts while also engaging naturally with prospects.
  • Experience with CRM systems and dialers is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php224.00 per hour
