Simula Financial is a fast-growing US debt-relief company helping clients overcome financial hardship through Debt Settlement and Bankruptcy Support Services.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice.

Instead, we guide clients through the administrative and organizational steps required for a smooth bankruptcy filing with a licensed US attorney.

We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Case Coordinator based in the Philippines.

Position Overview

The Bankruptcy Case Coordinator manages the administrative side of a client's bankruptcy file.

You will:

  • Collect required documents
  • Organize and verify client information
  • Prepare the file for attorney review
  • Support clients through the step-by-step process
  • Coordinate with attorney partners
  • Ensure all tasks and deadlines are completed accurately

This role is process-heavy, detail-heavy, and requires excellent communication skills.

You will never provide legal advice all legal questions are handled by the attorney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow a structured, step-by-step workflow for each client case
  • Collect required documents: ID, bank statements, paystubs, tax returns, etc.
  • Review documents for accuracy and consistency
  • Input and organize information in Zoho CRM and Google Drive
  • Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email
  • Track deadlines and ensure all required items are submitted on time
  • Assist clients in completing mandatory credit counseling courses
  • Prepare the case file for attorney review and upload to their portal
  • Provide professional and compassionate support to clients
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow company compliance standards
  • Never provide legal advice

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in any of the following (1–2 years minimum):
  • US mortgage processing
  • Medical billing
  • Insurance claims
  • Loan underwriting
  • Paralegal or legal assistant work
  • Administrative roles requiring strong document management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with clients under financial stress
  • Ability to follow strict procedures without deviation
  • Proficient with:
  • Google Drive
  • PDF editing
  • CRM systems (Zoho preferred but not required)

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with US clients
  • Background in financial services, credit, or debt relief
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows involving attorneys

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday US hours
  • Occasional flexibility for client communication

Compensation

  • ₱40,000 – ₱50,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses after probation
