About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team based in Batangas City, Batangas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our diverse range of real estate properties and services. With a focus on building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a crucial part in the continued success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively prospecting and generating new sales leads through various marketing channels
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate offerings
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
  5. Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns
  6. Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the local real estate market
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections
  5. Proficient in using sales and marketing tools, such as CRM systems and social media platforms
  6. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
