About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Batangas City, Batangas. As a full-time Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and social media content
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives
  • Supporting the implementation of the company's marketing strategy and objectives

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality marketing content
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and trends in the real estate industry
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively with the marketing team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
