DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • See to it that office policies and decorum are being followed by Sales Executives.
  • Prepare and present Accurate Sales Analysis on a weekly basis.
  • Sees to it that quotas of commissioned and salaried Sales Executives are consistently attained.
  • Initiate and evaluate Marketing activities and reports, Saturation drive and itineraries of Sales Executives.
  • Assists in developing new accounts (Corporate, Government and Fleet).
  • Facilitate Sales Executives in Basic Training Programs.

  • Responsible in thoroughly checking of all Sales documents such as:

  • Quotation

  • Pre-Purchase Agreement

  • Purchase Agreement

before forwarding it to another concerned department.

  • Provide computations and breakdowns in the Pre-Purchase Agreement such as financing, discounts given, subsidies received from IPC, etc.
  • Ensuring that sales goals and quotas are achieved
  • Monitoring of inventory and aging units
  • Communicate and Coordinate with other branches for unit availability.
  • Responsible for allocating and assigning units.
  • Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality.
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php27,500.00 per month
