Job Purpose:

Provide a summary or brief description of the role, success indicators for the position and impact of the role in the organization. The role is responsible for day to day support to Operations in terms of AML, client launch 3 modules to enhance the ongoing monitoring processes. These are Name screening systems (NSS), Customer Risk Rating (CRR) and Transaction Monitoring (TMS). The requirement is to provide support to QA Team for conducting reviews and to close the alerts the will be generated daily. Impact to the organization is to ensure Operations is in adherence to AML and to avoid penalty by the regulator (AMLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Name Screening System Alerts, ensure that all alerts are close on time and quality of disposition- regular BAU process (daily spike)
  • Manage the Transaction Monitoring Alerts, ensure that all alerts are close on time and quality of disposition – Day 1 spike after launching the system
  • Manage the Customer Risk Rating Alerts, ensure that all alerts are close on time and quality of disposition - regular BAU process (daily spike)
  • Perform all other related tasks as may be assigned by the QA Head and/or Chief Life Operations Officer.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
  • Insurance background, knowledge in Anti Money Laundering processes.
  • With Insurance background, Regulatory requirements, Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing (AMLATF), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Data Privacy, Records Management.
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
  • Decision-making Planning and organizing.
  • Experience in quality assurance.
  • Knowledge and experience in Name-Screening Tools.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
