We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate who will play a vital role in supporting Operations through AML (Anti-Money Laundering) initiatives and the launch of FWD's three monitoring modules — Name Screening System (NSS), Customer Risk Rating (CRR), and Transaction Monitoring System (TMS). The successful candidate will ensure alerts are reviewed and closed accurately and on time, helping the organization maintain compliance and avoid regulatory penalties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Name Screening System (NSS) alerts, ensuring timely closure with accurate dispositions.
  • Handle Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) alerts, including the day-one spike of up to 50,000 alerts.
  • Review and close Customer Risk Rating (CRR) alerts efficiently and with quality assurance.
  • Perform related QA tasks as assigned by the QA Head and/or Chief Life Operations Officer.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, AMLATF, FATCA, and Data Privacy principles.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to multiple tasks.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to learning.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
