URGENT HIRING FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE

LOCATION: One World Square, Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a financial services, fintech, BPO, or lending environment.
  • Strong understanding of lending operations, collections, and customer service processes.
  • Knowledge of BSP regulations, Data Privacy Act, and anti-fraud measures is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QA monitoring systems.
  • High attention to detail, objectivity, and integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
