What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve product and service quality
  • Conducting regular quality inspections and tests to identify and address any issues or non-conformities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
  • Maintaining detailed records of quality assurance activities and reporting on quality metrics
  • Providing training and guidance to production and operations teams on quality best practices
  • Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance
  • Continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to work
  • Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and best practices
