What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to meet industry standards and customer requirements
  2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse and resolve quality-related problems
  4. Providing comprehensive quality reports and recommendations to management
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to continuously improve quality assurance processes
  6. Training and mentoring junior quality assurance staff

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in any related field.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance or control role within the BPO Companies or Lending Companies.
  3. Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO standards and other industry regulations
  4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  5. Ability to work well in a team and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  6. Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software
