About the role

As a Sales Representative - Chemicals at UNILOX INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION', you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding the company's customer base in the Pasig City Metro Manila region. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and cold-calling potential clients
  3. Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on the company's chemical products and solutions
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with the company's strategic objectives
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  7. Meet or exceed individual and team-based sales targets and objectives

  1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the chemicals industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
  3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
  4. Familiarity with the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, and account management
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  6. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
