Sales Executive

Job Accountabilities:
- Manages airline accounts, including KM Malta Airlines and Hong Kong Airlines.
- Be a sales support for Hertz and Fiji.
- Provides assistance in addressing concerns and inquiries.
- Manages telesales operations and handles inquiries and concerns from travel agents, specifically those representing airlines.
- Supports revenue growth by assisting in the development and execution of promotional activities.
- Oversees and ensures the achievement of weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Assists in Sales and Marketing projects, including telemarketing sales initiative.
- Manages incoming and outgoing emails.
- Participates in out-of-office activities as needed.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the airline industry and 2 years in a related field sales role.
- Knowledgeable in GDS (Amadeus and Sabre)/ticketing & reservations.
- Energetic with excellent written and communication skills.
- Good Time management skills.
- Be goal oriented and able to reach targets and KPI's.
- Must be proficient in English-speaking skills.
- With a positive and approachable demeanor.
- This position is flexible in a 4 days field work and 1 day at home/office.
