Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in driving customer engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness while ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing sales proposals and processing orders.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, events, and promotions).
  • Manage social media pages, create content, and track engagement metrics.

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Organize meetings, sales calls, and client visits.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (telecom experience is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media management.

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
