A well-established company is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for its sales team. This role plays a key part in equipping team members with the tools, skills, and strategies they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales training programs aligned with team objectives
  • Lead sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction
  • Monitor training effectiveness and make necessary improvements
  • Provide continuous coaching and support to sales staff
  • Coordinate with team leaders to identify training gaps and development needs
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in sales training and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in a training role within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Background in real estate is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tools, and processes
  • Skilled in presentation, facilitation, and clear communication
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with training platforms or tools is a bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php170, Php200,000.00 per month
