A well-established company is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs for its sales team. This role is crucial in equipping team members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales training programs aligned with team objectives.
  • Lead training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide continuous coaching and support to the sales team.
  • Work with team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in sales training.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant experience in a training role within a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Preferred experience in real estate and insurance industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with training platforms or tools is a plus.
