Position Title: Product and Sales Trainer

Department: Training & Operations

Reports To: Training & Development Manager / Sales Director / President

Location: Office-based – VA Rufino Building, Makati City

Employment Type: Full-time / Regular

Position Overview

We are looking for a Product and Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs for our Operations Team. This role ensures that our Conversions and Retentions teams achieve sales targets, master our products, and deliver exceptional customer engagement. You will also participate in recruitment for operations roles, validate readiness for new accounts, and create comprehensive training manuals.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

  • Develop and facilitate onboarding programs for Conversions and Retentions teams.
  • Conduct refresher courses, sales technique workshops, and product update sessions.
  • Customize training content based on team needs and market trends.

Product Knowledge & Sales Strategy

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, accounts, and market competition.
  • Provide sales coaching on persuasion, objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling.

Recruitment & Operations Support

  • Assist in candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Validate operational readiness for account launches.

Manual Creation & Process Development

  • Produce and update training manuals, SOPs, and process guides.

Performance Monitoring & Coaching

  • Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching sessions.
  • Monitor KPIs, quality scores, and overall performance improvement.

Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align training with campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of sales training experience, ideally in conversions, retentions, or customer success.
  • Proven success in sales, account management, or retention roles.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and online training platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Higher conversion and retention rates after training.
  • Reduced customer churn.
  • Increased sales revenue per agent.
  • Positive training satisfaction scores.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
