
Compensation and Benefits Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Coordinate with external agencies for insurance and healthcare benefits.
- Maintain employee records on compensation and benefits.
- Address employee concerns on pay and benefits.
- Generate payroll and benefits reports for management.
- Support HR programs, incentive schemes, and other HR activities as instructed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll.
- Knowledge of labor laws and government contributions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, MS Office and Google Suite.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
