Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related HR/accounting function.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUP, and Pivot
  • Knowledge in formatting and generating payslip.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government reporting requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
