About the role

Join Knoll Ridges Consultancy, Inc. as a Payroll Assistant in our office in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes
  • Maintain detailed payroll records and employee data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other related matters
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure payroll data is correctly integrated into the financial systems
  • Support the Payroll Manager in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a payroll or accounting support role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees
  • Proficient in using payroll and accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
