About the job Payroll Assistant (AUNZ) | Day Shift | Hybrid

Platinum Outsourcing is an award winning, Australian owned and managed co sourcing BPO operating out of both the Philippines and Indonesia. We are a fast growing scale-up, opening our first offices in the Philippines only 4.5 years ago (and growing to 200+ employees in that time).

We have plans to expand to 500+ employees over the next 3 years.

You will have a minimum 3 years experience in a Payroll capacity for an Australian or New Zealand entity.

Our client is a leading provider of payroll solutions across Australian and New Zealand.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage payroll changes and data entry for pay runs with minimal assistance
  • Ensure adherence to internal deadlines prioritising effectively.
  • Communicate effectively, summarising information professionally in correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Bureau Team to maintain high standards of support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Prioritise client interests, ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, as requested.
What We're Seeking:
  • 3 years experience in payroll for an Australian or New Zealand entity
  • Relevant undergraduate degree
