About the Role

We are a growing consulting firm seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Software Communications Associate . In this role, you will create high-quality technical and business content by working closely with clients—gathering information, conducting interviews, and developing clear, effective documentation. You will collaborate directly with one of our company directors and have the opportunity to grow professionally in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients to gather project requirements and clarify content needs
  • Conduct interviews with clients to extract essential information for documentation
  • Work closely with the company director to deliver accurate and timely content
  • Produce clear, concise, and well-structured documents aligned with client goals and branding
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and accuracy

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate communications, technical writing, or related fields
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clients across industries
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts (required)
  • Quick learner with new tools and technologies
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps for video calls)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000 (based on experience)
  • Paid Leave: 20 vacation days + 5 sick days per year (accrued)
  • Healthcare: HMO coverage for employee and up to two dependents
  • Bonuses: 13th-month pay

  • Work Schedule: Fully remote, Philippine daytime hours
