Job SummaryThe HR & Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting Groworx Philippines' workforceand ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position involves managing a broadrange of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefitsadministration, as well as providing general administrative support to ensure smooth officeoperations.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesHuman ResourcesRecruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including jobpostings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees in accordance withPhilippine labor laws.Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide counseling, and ensure apositive work environment while adhering to local labor practices.Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and leave in compliance withPhilippine regulations (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhanceemployee skills and knowledge while considering the local learning culture.Performance Management: Support the performance review process and providefeedback on performance-related matters.Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that complywith Philippine labor code and best practices.Administration● Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendormanagement to ensure a functional workspace.● Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records andadministrative files, ensuring confidentiality.● Travel and Logistics: Arrange travel accommodations and logistics for employees asneeded.● Facilities Management: Coordinate with building management for any facility-relatedissues and repairs.● Document Preparation: Prepare and process various administrative documents,reports, and correspondence.Philippines Compliance and Localized Requirements● Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations including but not limitedto DOLE standards, minimum wage laws, and mandatory benefits contributions.● Stay updated with changes in local regulations and adjust HR policies accordingly.● Handle BIR reporting and remittances as required.● Manage local permits and licenses related to business operations.● Address cultural nuances and communication preferences specific to the Filipinoworkforce.Deliverables● Successful recruitment and onboarding/offboarding of qualified candidates withinspecified timeframes.● Timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.● Effective resolution of employee relations issues.● Maintenance of organized and up-to-date HR and administrative records.● Smooth and efficient office operations.● Compliance with all Philippine labor laws and regulations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The HR & Admin Officer will play a pivotal role in supporting Groworx Philippines'workforce and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This position involvesmanaging a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding,employee relations, and benefits administration, as well as providing generaladministrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Contractor should provide own assets/gadgets:- Noise-cancelling headset with microphone- Laptop with a working webcam- Laptop specifications:> RAM: At least 8gb> Processor: Intel Core 5> Operating System: At least Microsoft Windows 11> Screen Size of 14 to 16 inches- Internet speed: Minimum of 50 mbps (Download speed)
