About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines core HR responsibilities—such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance—with administrative support functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding_ **_

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Handle offer preparation, contract issuance, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

2. Employee Relations & HR Operations_ **_

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company procedures and labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support performance evaluation and disciplinary processes as needed.

3. Administrative Support_ **_

  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, and coordination with building administration or vendors.
  • Support documentation, filing, and report preparation for HR and admin activities.
  • Assist with company events, travel arrangements, and other logistical tasks.
  • Help ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with office regulations.

Qualifications **

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferably in a BPO or multinational environment).
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
