Position: HR Admin Officer – People Operations

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reports To: Head of HR Shared Services

Role Overview:

The HR Admin Officer – People Operations is responsible for maintaining accurate employment administration throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes contract issuance, onboarding documentation, statutory registrations, amendments, disciplinary documentation, and exit administration. The role ensures employee files are complete, audit-ready, and compliant with labor regulations and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, addenda, and amendments.
  • Maintain employee files with complete and accurate onboarding documents.
  • Collect and file onboarding documents such as IDs, forms, and declarations.

Statutory Registration & Compliance Paperwork

  • Coordinate government registrations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Support compliance processes related to employee discipline actions.
  • Apply data privacy standards (RA in storing and accessing employee data.

Exit Processing

  • Prepare clearance requirements, asset return confirmations, and exit documentation.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure complete documentation for final pay computations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years HR administration experience in the Philippines.
  • Strong understanding of DOLE rules and statutory processes.
  • Experience in EOR/PEO/BPO payroll or HR administration preferred.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and document control skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
