The Junior Architect is responsible for the planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the preparation of the preliminary layout of store outlets for optimum operation and seat layout efficiency; and the design and layouts of the entire store for all items and design with the business development, operations, project engineers and consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Design Timetable

  • Prepares and coordinates with Business Development on projected number of stores sites scheduled for the entire year
  • Verifies and validated leased area of proposed store site
  • Conducts joint site measurements with mall representatives, service engineering department, business development department, and architectural consultant to verify the correct measurements
  • Prepares several store layouts for efficient operating flow and optimum setting seating capacity for approval of Operations group and later by management

Develop Design Strategies

  • Prepares, secures detailed drawings/specs of the owner supplied items, stainless steel equipment, furniture, signage, etc.
  • Coordinates, monitors, and interfaces with Interior Designer in sourcing out owner supplied materials and equipment and with superior, secure approval of President before authorizing the purchase

Documentation and Reporting

  • Secures miniaturize plans, electronic file, of the store from architectural consultant before processing final design payment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Jr. Architect
  • Knowledgeable in 3D Sketch Up, Autocad, and related software
