Job Title: Store Planning Specialist

Job Description:

  • Store Layout Design: Develop and implement efficient store layouts that enhance customer experience and optimize product placement.
  • Space Planning: Ensure effective utilization of store space, considering factors like traffic flow, merchandising strategies, and accessibility.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with construction teams, vendors, and internal departments to oversee store design projects from conception to completion.
  • Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Architecture with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh board passers are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with experience in retail construction.
