  2. Preferably with License
  3. with 3 years experience in Interior Renovation
  4. Can draft the Construction Plans , AA, EE, ECE, ME, PL, FP
  5. Experienced in Site Supervision
  6. Can cascade instruction to Workers/Foreman Thoroughly (repeats 3x) and Clearly (descibe step by step
  7. Time management = Time is important attitude. Personally hates to be late. Time management also means, he/she knows what task to prioritize to release the "Bottle necks" in the methodology
  8. Detail Oriented = Has the initiative to double check his / her work
  9. Intense Coordination = has the initiative to Coordinate to the Workers/ Foreman, Coordinate with PM and co-officers, Coordinate with Admin, Coordinate with Supplier
  10. Can report to Makati Office Monday to Sarurday 8:00am to 5:00pm (time may be adjusted as the project requires)
