Position: JR. ARCHITECT / DESIGNER / AUTOCAD OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Architecture.
  • Experienced in AUTOCAD Operations and must be knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • Attends and interpret project briefings and coordinate with the engineers to ensure all technical drawings conforms to the specifications and standards.
  • Must visit site from time to time to gather information and details needed for assigned task
  • Ensure drawings are compliant with building code and regulations. Communicate potential design issues to engineers
  • Updates database of drawings and other related documents of any design changes.
  • Knowledge in Sketch-up
  • Can work under pressure with less supervision
  • With good working attitude
  • Must have an experience in subdivision development
