Position Overview:

The Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory management, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Ensure timely issuance of materials for projects and operations.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with the Project and Warehouse team to support day-to-day requirements.
  • Monitor warehouse manpower and assign tasks as needed.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in an advertising company is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
