Job Summary:

The Delivery Helper supports the Delivery Driver by loading, unloading, and delivering products to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time deliveries, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the smooth operation of the company's logistics process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the driver with loading and unloading goods, ensuring all items are handled safely and carefully.
  • Check and confirm delivery items against shipping or delivery documents before leaving the warehouse.
  • Accompany the driver on delivery routes, providing assistance with navigation and delivery documentation.
  • Deliver products to customers' locations, ensuring they are placed in the designated area as requested.
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures when handling all products and equipment.
  • Obtain delivery confirmations, signatures, or payments from customers when required.
  • Return any undelivered items and related documents to the warehouse or dispatch office.
  • Help maintain the delivery vehicle, keeping it clean, organized, and reporting any mechanical or maintenance issues.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform additional tasks or duties as directed by the driver or supervisor to support delivery operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations.
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely (up to 50–70 klgs).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing schedules or routes.
  • Basic understanding of safety and handling procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • Work involves outdoor and indoor environments.
  • May require early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on delivery schedules.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11, Php13,000.00 per month
