  • Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related courses
  • May consider college undergrad provided that he/she has at least two years' experience in related work
  • Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Experience in performing clerical, administrative tasks
  • Skills: Effective oral and written communication, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge in data analysis, knowledge on SAP
  • Willing to work at Bgry Igpit Opol, Misamis Oriental
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

JOB SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the correctness, completeness and accuracy of the inventory of all the SKUs in the warehouse.

The secondary responsibility is ensure that all good stocks returned from trade customers are properly recorded, returned to the inventory and with the corresponding Returned Goods or RGD number for credit memo preparation by Credit and Collection

The warehouse clerk may be given other tasks by his/her immediate superior as may be required during the course of fulfilling job-related activities
