OVERALL PURPOSE:

Take over functions of Receiving Specialist, Delivery Scheduling Specialist, Delivery admin staff during leaves and CWW.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. AS RECEIVING SPECIALIST

  2. Issue all purchase orders for receiving

  3. Acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers
  4. Transfer/send data files to other departments
  5. Encode quantity received, packer's productivity reports
  6. Ensure all promo items were packed and received on the same day
  7. Return all bad orders and other unproductive SKU's to suppliers
  8. Encode necessary adjustments and prints inventory checklist everytime there is an actual inventory count
  9. Respond to supplier's delivery complaints
  10. Requisition/distribute office and warehouse supplies

  11. Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work

  12. AS DELIVERY SCHEDULING SPECIALIST

  13. Plan and schedule deliveries to customers

  14. Ensure zero delivery pending / returns – check unloaded trucks, replace defective truck immediately and inform sales of the delays
  15. Ensure all parameters set for delivering goods were followed ( truck size, availability, sketch for new customer, customers/trip, route etc.)
  16. Submit cancelled invoices to accounting on time
  17. Respond to minor customers' complaints, refer major issues to manager

  18. Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work

  19. AS DELIVERY ADMIN STAFF

  20. Ensure all delivery invoices are submitted to Accounting Dep't.

  21. Send all delivery related reports to respective departments
  22. Ensure all trucker delivery documents (waybill, trucker's delivery report, invoices) were submitted to Accounting
  23. Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and by area
  24. Arrange warehouse copy of the invoice according to picker assignment
  25. Ensure all invoices for delivery is arrange according to delivery schedule
  26. Ensure all next day delivery invoices are forwarded to warehouse for picking
  27. Ensure all prepaid cards are received and released
  28. Properly fill up takeover logbook with incidence reports as needed and turns over to DCM when she reports back to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College graduate of any degree; minimum of 1 year experience working in a distribution, supply chain or logics business
