The Warehouse Admin is responsible for the safekeeping, handling of the warehouse revolving fund, cash, & check collections of Cagayan De Oro Warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for the cash being allotted to Cagayan De Oro Warehouse for operational expenses
  • Handles all warehouse expense payments and receives payments from costumers
  • Prepare all pertinent documents and reports connected thereto
  • Ensures that all expenses are liquidated to Cebu regularly
  • Ensures that all cash collections are immediately deposited to the bank at the soonest time possible
  • Maintain cash on hand ledger to record all cash movements
  • Prepare cash disbursement voucher for every check payments and encashment made
  • Report daily to Cebu Cash on hand, Cash in Bank and daily cash sales balances
  • Assist in processing of import documentation and payments
  • Process annual renewal of business permits
  • Responsible for the issuance of DR for cash sales and OTC out based deliveries
