This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Billing Analyst, Customer Care. You will provide customer service and help regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assist Customers via Calls and Chat. Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customers regarding their billing concerns .
- Great Customer Service. Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Price Variance Calculation. Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.
- Managing Assigned Billing Cases. Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service oriented positions
- Knowledge of Billing procedures with great customer service focus
- Knowledge of Billing Process:Proficient in reconciling and reviewing disputed invoices. Knowledgeable about Price Variance Calculation and capable of calculating price variances for incorrect customer billing.
- Multi-tasking and Detail Oriented:Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Customer Service and Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers, maintaining a high customer service focus.
- Night Shift. Willing to work the night shift.
- Hybrid Work set-up. Willing to work in a hybrid setup days in office per month, in Cubao or Ortigas).
