Job Summary:

As our Billing Analyst, you will assist the team with customer billing, payments and contract management activities for various ServiceTitan and affiliate products.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of client accounts including the creation and maintenance of customer billing records
  • Review contract terms to ensure accuracy in billing and Salesforce CPQ data
  • Create manual invoices for non-standard billing and generate uploads for bulk invoicing
  • Work cross functionally with various departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Resolve billing discrepancies between the system, contracts, and invoices
  • Work with customers to resolve billing issues as needed
  • Assist with various billing-related reporting, including ad hoc requests
  • Assist with month-end responsibilities as needed
  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of basic accounting theory (e.g. Accounts Receivable & Revenue)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines and multi-task within a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and
  • Organized and detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to understand new concepts and learn new tasks quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
  • Work on-site during training in One Ayala Makati and WFH set-up afterwards
  • Graveyard shift: 10 PM - 7 AM

Salary Package

  • Up to P46,000 depending on experience
