  • Ensures that all processes/transactions/decisions are in accordance with established TFSPH policies, credit requirements and that required turnaround times are met.

Pre-screen application whether for fast track or regular processing

Review the completeness and correctness of Auto Loan Evaluation Worksheet and Credit Review and Analysis Memorandum(for Fleet account) prepared by Credit Analyst.

  • Existing Client

Ensures that existing loans and related accounts are included in the Auto Loan Evaluation Sheet and Credit Review and Analysis Memorandum prepared by the credit analysts

See to it that loan exposure are properly approved by the approving officers with proper lending authority

Checks if existing line is still within the approval validity

  • Ascertains compliance with all terms and conditions of previously approved accommodations relative to new applications
  • Recommends approval of loans within the confines of existing policies and procedures.
  • Monitors status of loan applications to ensure accurate credit decisions are reached within the required turnaround time
  • Attends to queries/ follow-ups regarding loan proposals and other credit matters within the required turnaround time.
  • Coordinates with and advises Sales personnel on the status of their loan applications and other matters specifically related to the approval process. Attends to internal client queries and follow-ups.
  • Recommends and actively participates in the implementation of any program geared towards improving the Unit's productivity and service quality
  • Prepares reports, as requested by superiors.
  • Attends seminars and training programs related to the job.
  • Identifies and manages credit risks in loan proposals and recommends measures to mitigate, if not prevent, these risks.
  • Regularly reviews unit workflow and procedures, and recommends ways to improve efficiency of transactions and service quality and contribute to the goals of the company
  • Reviews and evaluates financial statements, credit investigation reports, inspection and appraisal reports and summary of exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Accountancy, Financial Management.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in financial or similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Know how to use the MS Office applications (Word/Excel)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
