Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough credit investigations and evaluations of loan applicants to assess creditworthiness.
  • Perform appraisal and verification of collateral, including chattel and real estate properties.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of credit reports, recommendations, and documentation.
  • Monitor and review clients' payment performance and assist in implementing collection strategies when necessary.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and approval.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of loan applications, credit investigations, and appraisals.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Perform administrative functions and other related tasks that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year relevant work experience in a financing or lending company.
  • Strong knowledge of credit investigation, appraisal, and loan processing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with restrictions 1 and 2.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-driven, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
