Pricing Analyst (Finance / Business Intelligence)

Location: Barangay Palingon-Tipas, Taguig City, Philippines

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Pricing Analyst (Finance / Business Intelligence) plays a key role in supporting the company's financial and commercial objectives by analyzing pricing structures, profitability, and market data. The position works closely with the Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to develop insights that drive data-based pricing decisions, margin improvement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pricing analysis and recommend strategies to optimize revenue, margin, and market competitiveness.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing models, cost structures, and profitability frameworks.
  • Work with Finance and Sales teams to monitor pricing performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present pricing reports, dashboards, and business intelligence insights for management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new product pricing, promotional offers, and pricing adjustments.
  • Utilize data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or other analytics platforms) to provide insights into pricing trends and customer behavior.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process related to pricing and revenue planning.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with company goals and financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
