About the role

Yondu Inc. is seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting. With a focus on financial accounting and reporting, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  • A qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and reporting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using financial reporting and analysis software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
