Duties & Responsibilities:

· Bid Assessment- Quantity Surveying

· Allocate work for subcontractors.

· Prepares documents, and quantity take off to reach profitable agreements.

· Prepares documents such as As Staked and As Built.

· Double checking and verifying of site estimate and quantities.

· Prepares Contract Packaging and Cost Analysis for forecasting, budget management and control.

· Provide advice on contractual claims.

Qualifications:

· Graduate of Civil Engineering

· With experience on the same role of equivalent

· Experience in PlanSwift is an advantage

· Good in oral & written communication

· With strong personality, hardworking and can do multi-tasking

· Physically & mentally healthy

· Open to be assigned in ANY project site if needed
